Halo + Honey Salon Policy

CANCELLATION: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations will result in a 75% service fee unless you know of someone who can take your place for the same time and service type.

NO-SHOWS will be charged an 80% service fee unless there is an urgent reason.

LATE ARRIVALS: Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment or have the service time adjusted.

EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS: A consultation is required for all new extension guests. Custom-ordered extension hair is non-refundable.

HEALTHY HAIR FIRST: The health and integrity of your hair is always my top priority. Some services may be adjusted if needed to protect your hair.
